Yummy Plummy Chicken For Your Baby

To Make Yummy Plummy Chicken For Your Baby You Will Need…

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 garlic clove, crushed
pinch turmeric
pinch coriander
pinch cinnamon
3 fl oz (1/3 cup) homemade chicken stock or water
2 tsp tomato puree
3 oz (1/3 cup) dried plums (prunes)

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.Heat a little olive oil in a small saucepan and saute the onion and garlic until tender.Add the spices, stir well and cook gently for a further minute.Add the chicken strips and cook for 5 minutes, until the chicken is white all over.Stir in the stock or water and the tomato puree. Cover and cook gently for 15 mins.Meanwhile, chop the dried plums (prunes) finely. At the end of the 15 minutes, stir the chopped prunes into the chicken mixture.Cook gently for 5 mins, check that the chicken is completely cooked through, then serve with brown rice.
